HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASSANDRA

I'm happy to share a card with you that I have made for my oldest daughter.  She lives in North Carolina.  Her birthday is not until Dec 23 but this image is so perfect for her don't you think.

This card is also for my last GDT card at Crop Stop this month.  They are so great.  The shop has so many of the things I use.  I hope you will check them out.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORTLYNN

Hi everyone!  I have a new card for you today.  I am GDT at Crop Stop again and so I made another birthday card.

This card is for my niece Cortlynn.  She is turning 15 in just a couple weeks.  Boy is she a full teenager too.  Sometimes I wish aliens would stop abducting our children and leaving these irritable teenagers in their place.  My oldest daughter only came back a couple years ago.  She had been gone for about 10 years...LOL.

This was my adorable sweet niece just a few short years ago.

Now she is this beautiful alien.

One day our sweet girl will return.  Occasionally she visits but doesn't stay long.  I hope she likes her card.

Thanks for your visit and have a blessed day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAYLA

My great niece has turned 3 years old!  She is such an adorable child.   She is totally in love with Frozen and Elsa.  She wears her Elsa dress and sings Let It Go.  It is so very adorable!!

Here is Layla in her dress and crown.  She was Elsa for Halloween.  She has many dress up costumes but always seems to end up in her Elsa dress.

Her Nana just bought her some footy pajamas that she just loves.  I'm sure her mom has trouble getting her in any other pajamas now.

This card was also made for my GDT spot at Crop Stop.   They are a fabulous shop and carry so many of the products I use.  They have a great challenge every month too.  Please stop by and check them out!

A WEDDING CARD

A friend of mine has a granddaughter getting married.  She asked me to make a card for her.

I hope she likes it.  She is blind so she has to see it with her hands.  I've added some textures so she can see it.   This is the first time I have used my Vellum paper and the stamp that's on it.  I really like how it's suttle but still has the textures for her to feel.

Thanks so much for visiting today and have a blessed day!

ARE YOU READY FOR CHRISTMAS?

Here I am with yet another Christmas card.  I need to start early because I never know what I will need.  I would love to be able to give one to all.

This card is being done for our new challenge at the Love to Scrap Challenge Blog.  This fortnight our challenge is again everyone's favorite "Anything Goes".  Our three sponsors are

Prize: $10 gift certificate

Prize: $10 gift certificate to winner outside of Europe/3 images ($3.50 or less) to winner in Europe

Prize: 3 images of choice

The image I have been provided is called "Winter Snow Muff Shoujo" from Lemon Shortbread.  Isn't she totally adorable!  I love doing fur linings on images and this is no exception.  I also loved using the shimmer ink on yesterday's tag so I am using it again today.  You can't see it clearly in the picture but I needed the black to shimmer around the pearl card stock so I splashed it with the Golden Nugget shimmer mist.  I love how it shines.

I hope you will pop over to the LTSCB and check out all the lovely creations made to inspire you.  See you in the challenge!

Thanks for visiting and have a blessed day!

A TAG FOR YOU

Isn't this totally adorable!  A new challenge has begun at Crafting When We Can.  It is "No Square Cards".  I decided to not even do a card.  We are being sponsored by Julia Spiri.

She has given me this beautiful image called "Girl With Rose".  I just love those big eyes!  I decided to make a tag this time around.  Currently I am working as a nanny.  The kids are twins, one boy & one girl.  The girl loves to read.  I asked her if she had a bookmark because I just saw a scrap of paper in her book.  She said she didn't so I thought I would make her one.  I hope she likes it.

To make the tag I used some of my spray inks.  After spritzing with colors, I added some shimmer to it.  You can't really tell in the photo but it is glittery and shiny.  I really like it.
Please stop and take a look at all the wonderful creations at CWWC and join us in the challenge.  You have two weeks to get it in.

Thanks so much for your visit and have a blessed day!
